The temperature of the conveying material of the ordinary conveyor belt is generally not higher than 60 °C, and the heat-resistant rubber belt can convey higher temperature materials which below 120 °C, when conveying acidic, alkaline, oily materials and materials with organic solvent properties, need to use oil-resistant, acid-resistant rubber belt or plastic belt.
The driving part of the belt conveyor adopts two kinds of motor reducer or electric drum; the brake device adopts roller backstop, belt type backstop, brake, etc.; there are three tension forms, such as spiral tension, vertical tension, car type tension.
