Product description
Pineapple Block SS304 Linear Vibrating Screen Classifier is a high precision fine powder screening machine.The fundamental principle of vibrating screen sifter is that the unbalanced weight dropper installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities. Pineapple Block SS304 Linear Vibrating Screen Classifier can be used for grain, powder, granule, flake, liquid materials.
The following linear vibrating screen is specially designed for Pineapple block, and the mesh is square.
Working principle
Pineapple Block SS304 Linear Vibrating Screen Classifier adopt twin vibrating exciters driving, when the two exciters rotated synchronously or reversed, the exciting force from the eccentric blocks will cancel each other on the direction of parallel to the motor axis, but stacking into a force on the direction of perpendicular to motor shaft, so the materials’ movement is one straight line. There is one inclination between the axial direction of two motors and screening surface, under the action of exciting force and the gravity force of the material, the materials are thrown up on the screen of Rectangular separator, jumps and moves forward in a straight line, achieving the sieving and classification purpose.
